Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
